I would like to thank you for sharing your knowledge of cleansing the body. I did the cleanse and followed the diet, slightly modified as needed, for 4 months. The first month was the hardest. I was feeling quite ill for the first week or 2, the enema made me puke. I’m glad you returned my call as quickly as you did, and instructed me in what to do. To make a long story short, After over 20 years of “diets”, I lost 30 pounds, and even though I’ve been eating some meat and cooked foods, I’ve not gained any back. My energy increased and my self confidence grew. I know there is so much more to learn, such as the use of herbs, the baths are great, and I’ve begun growing herbs and produce under grow lights for winter. Thanks again and I appreciate the efforts you put in to helping people become healthier.
A grateful student

Martial arts has changed my life, for the better. I had always loved Martial Arts, even before I knew what it was, but sadly never been able to take lessons. It has been a year now since I started, and here is what it has done for me.
Martial Arts is discipline, dedication, hard work, fun and rewarding. I started as someone with little to no confidence, low self image, and at the point of “who cares anyway”. I hardly ever left my home, and was very reclusive. I’m not anymore. I chose to learn mixed Martial Arts focusing on self defense and samurai swordsmanship. I learn fast, but practice does make perfect. I enjoy Martial Arts, it’s like an elixir of life for me. My confidence has grown a lot, I see myself as I should, I fight to be heard, and I care about myself and others. I also get out a lot more and like to socialize now. I feel strong and powerful, as well as at peace. No more anger or bitterness, but joy strength, and endurance.
Martial Arts has, in a way, given me my life back. Knowing I can take care of myself and be interdependent is a huge relief. I see that I have great potential and am working toward achieving my goals, with a lot less stress. I have grown spiritually as well. Even if for only this short time, I’m grateful to have walked this path with my instructor, a Sensei who has a passion for the art.

Thank You,——- Carla-Jo
